Trifle Pudding
Ingredients
- Milk - 500 ml
- Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Custard powder - 4 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Seasonal fruits - 2 cups (chopped)
- Sponge cake - 1/2 kg (cut into squares)
- Whipped cream - for topping
- Cherries - for garnishing
Preparation
- Mix 4 tbsp custard powder in 8 tbsp of milk.
- Boil rest of the milk. Add custard powder, sugar, and condensed milk when it starts boiling.
- When it reaches custard consistency, switch off the flame.
- Arrange pieces of sponge cake at the base of pudding tray.
- Top with mixed fruits and pour custard mix on top of it.
- Garnish with whipped cream and cherries.
- Serve chilled.
