Trifle Pudding



Ingredients

  1. Milk - 500 ml
  2. Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  3. Vanilla Custard powder - 4 tbsp
  4. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  5. Seasonal fruits - 2 cups (chopped)
  6. Sponge cake - 1/2 kg (cut into squares)
  7. Whipped cream - for topping
  8. Cherries - for garnishing
Preparation
  1. Mix 4 tbsp custard powder in 8 tbsp of milk.
  2. Boil rest of the milk. Add custard powder, sugar, and condensed milk when it starts boiling.
  3. When it reaches custard consistency, switch off the flame.

  4. Arrange pieces of sponge cake at the base of pudding tray.
  5. Top with mixed fruits and pour custard mix on top of it.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and cherries.
  7. Serve chilled.
