Everybody loves cookies, especially children.They will be more happy if it contains chocolate chips.Its better to use chocolate pieces from dark chocolate compound bar than buying readymade chocolate chips.Whether you use butter,margarine or shortening,it is essential that you use the appropriate form recommended in the recipe.It is important not to overbake the cookies or they will be hard.This soft and crispy cookies are easy to make. Ingredients Butter                     -  50 g castor sugar            - 150 g All purpose Flour   - 150 g Egg                         - 1 Baking powder       - 1/2 tsp Choco chips            - 100 g   Preparation Combine Butter and castor sugar and beat until creamy. Pineapple Cake is a easy to make delicious cake.You need a basic vanilla cake or sponge cake.Here i am making it with a sponge cake without butter.The cream i added is whipping cream with pineapple essence & tinned pineapple pieces.This is a rich creamy cake, excellent for birthdays,anniversaries & family get togethers. Ingredients Eggs                        -  2 nos vanilla essence        - 1 tsp Sugar                       - 2 tbsp Flour                        -  4 tbsp Preparation Cream the sugar and the eggs together till fluffy, add Vanilla essence and continue to beat. Masala Gobi Fry(Cauliflower Fry) serves as a good side dish for Rotis, Chapatis and rice.Cauliflower tastes good when cooked in the right way and is packed with various Minerals,Dietary fibre,Protiens and Vitamins.This is a dry version and if you need gravy,add coconut milk and cook until the masala thickens.Chop Cauliflower into florets or small cubes,according to your wish.But i chopped into smaller pieces because it gives a better texture than florets.
