Ingredients 50 g Cocoa 100 g Demerara Sugar 250 ml Boiling water 125 g Butter 150 g Powder sugar 225 g Flour 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Baking soda 2 tsp Vanilla essence 2 Eggs Preparation In the pan sieve the cocoa and in the bowl add demerara sugar and pour boiling water. W hisk and set aside. Sieve the flour,baking soda, and baking powder. Cream the butter and the powder sugar together until light and fluffy. Put one egg at a time beating vigorously and with the second add a little flour. Fold in the remaining flour. Pour the cocoa mixture in and mix it well.
