Rawa uniyappam

Ingredients Rawa                           -   2 cup Sugar                           -   1 cup curd                             -   1/4 cup Milk                             -   1/2 cup Cardamom powder      -   a pinch  Oil Preparation Mix all the ingredients except oil. Keep aside for 4 hours. Heat the oil in an unniyappam pan. Pour the batter into each moulds(fill only 3/4 of the mould). Cook on a low heat till both sides are done.

Ingredients For the batter Cauliflower (Gobi)                      - 1 ½ cup Flour (maida)                              - 4 tbsp Cornflour                                     - 4 tbsp Chilli powder                                - 1 tsp Soya sauce                                   - ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste                       - 1 ½ tsp Salt                                               - to taste For the sauce mix Garlic                             - 4 cloves (chopped) Spring onion                  - 2 tbsp (chopped) Onion                             - 1 medium (diced) Capsicum                       - ½ (diced) Tomato sauce (ketchup) - 2 tbsp Red chili sauce               - 1 tsp Soy sauce                       - ½ tsp Corn flour                       - 1 tsp mixed with 3 tbsp of water Pepper powder                - ½ tsp Red chili flakes               - a pinch Sugar                               - a pinch Salt                              

Fresh Fruit Cake

Ingredients Eggs                        -  4 nos vanilla essence        - 1 tsp Sugar                       - 5 tbsp Flour                        -  8 tbsp Preparation Cream the sugar and the eggs together till fluffy, add Vanilla essence and continue to beat. Sieve the Flour. Add the flour slowly and fold in till incorporated. Pour in a lined tin and bake in a preheated oven at 150 degree centigrade for 35 minutes. Let the cake cool and then we have to do the icing. For Icing whipping cream                           -  600 ml Fresh Fruits of Your Choice         - 125 g sugar syrup                                  -  1/2 cup Pineapple essence                       -  1tsp Slice the cake horizontally into 2 or 3 layers Place the first layer on the board and sprinkle sugar syrup on to moisten the cake Beat the whipping cream with pineapple essence. Ingredients Chicken                    - 1 kilo onion                        - 3 nos (chopped) ginger -garlic paste  - 1 1/2 tbsp green chilli paste        - 2 tbsp potato                        - 2 Yoghurt                       - 2 tsp cashew paste                - 3 tbsp Thick coconut milk     -1 cup Cinnamon                   - 1 Cloves                         - 4 Cardamom                   - 5 Pepper powder               - 2 tbsp Coriander powder          - 2 tbsp Coriander leaves            - 1/4 cup Curry   leaves                  - 1/4 cup Oil Salt Preparation Heat oil in  a pressure cooker   and add cinnamon stick,cloves and cardamom. Now add ginger garlic paste, chilli paste and saute till the raw smell is gone. To this add chopped onions and saute until translucent.
