Tandoori Tiger Prawns


Ingredients
  1. Large Prawns - 5 nos
  2. Ginger-garlic paste - 2 Tsp
  3. Red chili powder - 1 Tsp
  4. Hung curd - 2 Tsp
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Curry leaves - Few
  7. Oil - For Brushing
Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl except oil.
  2. Mix well and marinate for at least two hours.
  3. Screw the prawns in a skewer, brush with oil and grill in the oven for 15 minutes on both sides or till well done.
