Prawns Koliwada | Spicy Crispy Prawns



Ingredients
  1. Prawns(medium) -  500 g
  2. Besan(gram flour) - 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger - Garlic paste - 2 Tbsp
  4. Yogurt - 2 Tbsp
  5. Cumin powder - 1/2 Tsp
  6. Red chili powder - 1 Tbsp
  7. Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  8. Chaat masala - 1/2 Tsp
  9. Salt -  To taste
  10. Green chilies -  2 nos (Split)
  11. Curry leaves - few
  12. Oil - for frying
Preparation
  1. Marinate prawns with red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste.
  2. After half an hour, add besan and yogurt.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and add curry leaves, split green chilies.
  4. After 1 minute, take it out and keep aside for garnishing.
  5. Deep fry prawns till crisp on the outside.
  6. Garnish with fried curry leaves, green chilies.
  7. Serve hot with sprinkled chaat masala and onions.
