Ingredients  1   Milk                             -    2 cups 2   Sugar                           -    1/2 cup 3   Egg                              -    5 nos. 4   Vanilla essence            -    1 Tsp  5   Sugar for caramelising-    3 Tbsp Preparation Beat eggs with vanilla essence and sugar. Mutta marichathu or Egg cake is a sweet snack from Malabar.It is a very easy snack and needs little time.Also called  kayappola in some areas.we can also make this by adding fried plantains (nendran) to the egg mixture.I made a slight modification by not adding that.Kids would love this and it is very good for them.
