Ingredients 1 Milk - 2 cups 2 Sugar - 1/2 cup 3 Egg - 5 nos. 4 Vanilla essence - 1 Tsp 5 Sugar for caramelising- 3 Tbsp Preparation Beat eggs with vanilla essence and sugar. Add beaten egg mixture to milk and mix well. Heat pudding tray and add 3 Tbsp of sugar to this. Take care to heat on low flame until the sugar caramelises.
