Vegetable Hakka Noodles



Ingredients
  1. Noodles - 350 g
  2. Onion - 1 (thinly sliced lengthwise)
  3. green chilly - 1 (finely chopped)
  4. Garlic - 4 cloves (finely chopped)
  5. Carrot - 1 (thinly sliced lengthwise)
  6. Cabbage - 1/2 cup (chopped lengthwise)
  7. Capsicum - 1/2 cup (sliced lengthwise)
  8. Spring onion - 3 - 4 (finely chopped)
  9. French beans - 1/2 cup (sliced lengthwise)
  10. Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  11. Red chili sauce - 1 tsp
  12. Vinegar - 1 tsp
  13. Pepper powder - 1/2 Tsp
  14. Salt - to taste
  15. Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Cook noodles as per instruction in a packet with 1/2 tsp of oil.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add garlic pieces, chopped onions, green chilly.
  3. After one minute, add all vegetables with little spring onion left for garnishing.
  4. Mix well by adding salt and pepper powder.
  5. Saute for three minutes and add soya sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar.
  6. Add cooked noodles and adjust salt.
  7. Toss well to mix the vegetables with noodles for two minutes.
  8. Garnish with spring onion and serve with schezwan chutney.
