Easter Cake




Ingredients
  1. Refined flour              - 225 g        
  2. Butter                         - 250 g
  3. Sugar                          - 250 g
  4. Eggs                            - 4
  5. vanilla essence            - 5-6 drops
  6. Milk                            - 1/2 cup
  7. Whipping cream        - for decorating
  8. Sugar paste                - for decorating    

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven at 180c.
  2. Break eggs and add vanilla essence.
  3. Beat for 8-10 minutes until ribbon stage.
  4. In other bowl beat butter and sugar until fluffy for 2-3 min.
  5. Sieve flour into creamed mixture and add half the egg using cut and fold method.
  6. Add remaining egg and mix well.
  7. Add milk and mix well.
  8. Preheat oven and bake fro 25-30 min.
  9. Remove from heat and let the cake stand for 15 min.
  10. Decorate the cake with whipping cream and sugar paste.
