Raw mango Chutney / Pacha manga chammanthi


Ingredients
  1. Raw mango - 1 (cut into small pieces)
  2. Red chilly - 4 - 5 nos
  3. Shallots - 12 nos
  4. Coconut - 1/2 cup (shredded)
  5. Curry leaves - few 
  6. Oil - 1 tsp
  7. Salt - to taste
Preparation

  1. Heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil for frying the red chillies.
  2. Take a mixer jar and add all ingredients.
  3. No need to add water as water comes out from raw mango and coconut act as a good binding agent.
  4. Serve with plain rice.
