Potato Pakora / Aloo pakora
Ingredients
- Potato - 2 nos
- Besan / Gram flour - 2 cup
- Hing - 1/4 Tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - For frying
- Slice the potatoes very thinly in rounds using a slicer or with a knife.
- Mix besan, hing, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt in a bowl.
- Add water required to make a semi- thick batter.
- Heat oil in a Kadai and dip each potato slice in the batter.
- Gently place in hot oil and fry until golden yellow.
- Serve hot with cilantro chutney or cup of tea.
