Prawns Kadai


Ingredients
  1. Prawns - 500 g
  2. Ginger - garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  3. Onion - 2 nos
  4. Tomato - 1 small
  5. Capsicum - 1
  6. Garlic - 5 pods
  7. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  10. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  11. Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  12. Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  13. Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  14. Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  15. Oil - 3 tbsp
  16. Salt - to taste
Preparation
  1. Cook prawns with ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and a little water.
  2. Heat oil in a Kadai, add sliced onions, chopped tomato, garlic pieces and saute for 3 minutes.
  3. Add chopped capsicum, coriander leaves and add all sauces , pepper powder.
  4. Add cooked prawns to this masala and mix well.
  5. Serve hot with chapati or rice .
