Soya Surprise
Ingredients
- Soya Chunks - 100 g
- Onion - 2 nos (finely chopped)
- Crushed garlic - 5 cloves
- Capsicum - 1 (cubed)
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Barbeque sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Boil soya chunks in one litre of water with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.
- Drain the water and rinse the chunks with fresh water.
- Squeeze out the excess water and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in Kadai and add crushed garlic, chopped onions.
- Fry for 2 minutes and add all spice powders, capsicum, coriander leaves.
- Stir well for another 2 minutes. Add the sauces and soya chunks.
- Mix well and adjust salt.
- Soya surprise is ready to serve with chapati or Naan.
