Chilli mushroom


Ingredients

  1. White mushroom - 250 g (chopped and sliced)
  2. Onion - 1 no (finely chopped)
  3. Capsicum - 1 no (finely chopped)
  4. Ginger - 1/4 tsp (chopped)
  5. Garlic - 1/4 tsp (chopped)
  6. Green chilly - 1 no (finely chopped)
  7. Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  8. Spring onion green - 2 tbsp
  9. Soy sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp 
  10. Red chili sauce - 1 tbsp
  11. Green chili sauce - 1/2 tbsp
  12. Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
  13. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  14. Corn flour - 1 tbsp (dissolved in 2 tbsp of water )
  15. Salt - to taste
  16. Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and saute chopped onion for 2 minutes.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, capsicum and chilli to this and stir fry for a minute.
  3. Now add mushroom pieces and stir fry till the water comes out and reduce the size.
  4. Saute this mixture for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar and pepper powder.
  6. Adjust salt and add corinader leaves.
  7. Add water and let this mixture cooks on a medium flame.
  8. Add cornflour paste to this and stir continously so that no lumps are formed.
  9. When the gravy becomes thick, remove from heat.
  10. Garnish with spring onion greens.
  11. Serve hot with fried rice or chapati.
