Chocolate Rolled Cookies
Everybody loves cookies, especially children.They will be more happy if it contains chocolate chips.Its better to use chocolate pieces from dark chocolate compound bar than buying readymade chocolate chips.Whether you use butter,margarine or shortening,it is essential that you use the appropriate form recommended in the recipe.It is important not to overbake the cookies or they will be hard.This soft and crispy cookies are easy to make.

- Butter - 50 g
- castor sugar - 150 g
- All purpose Flour - 150 g
- Egg - 1
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Choco chips - 100 g
Preparation
- Combine Butter and castor sugar and beat until creamy.
- Sieve flour and baking powder.
- Add egg and beat lightly.
- Mix the sieved flour mixture in the butter and sugar mix.
- Use milk and knead to a soft dough (if required).
- Roughly chop the chocolate if using the chocolate bar.
- Add to the prepared dough.
- Roll out the dough on a flat surface and cut with cookie cutter.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrade.
- Bake the cookies for 15 to 17 min.
- Cool on wire rack.
