Pineapple Pudding

Pineapple pudding is a delicious dessert that can be made for any parties.My sissy taught me to make this pudding.She is a good cook and I inspired the way she cooked.Pieces of pineapple in homemade custard give yummy taste to this recipe. I prefer fresh pineapple over canned ones as it gives a natural flavour to that dessert.Everyone should try this!!




Ingredients


  1. Pineapple                - 2 cup
  2. Condensed milk      - 1 tin
  3. Milk                        - 500 ml
  4. Sugar                      - 1 tbsp
  5. China grass             - 4 g
  6. Water                      - 1/4 cup
Preparation
  1. Grate the pineapple into small pieces.
  2. Add 1 tbsp sugar to the grated pineapple and heat in a pan till water evaporates completely.
  3. Boil milk and condensed milk in a thick bottomed pan and keep this aside.
  4. Soak china grass in 1/4 cup water for 10 minutes and heat until it dissolves completely.
  5. Add china grass mixture into the hot condensed milk and mix well.
  6. Take the pudding tray and spread grated pineapple on the bottom.
  7. Pour the condensed milk mixture over the grated pineapple.
  8. Keep the tray in the refrigerator and cool well.
