Beef Curry

An easy beef curry that can be made within half an hour with simple ingredients.This curry goes well with paratha or chapati.
Ingredients

  1. Beef - 1/2 k
  2. Onion - 2 large(finely chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1 large(finely chopped)
  4. Potato - 2 small (cut into squares)
  5. Green chilly - 2 nos
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  7. Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  8. Mint leaves - 1 tbsp
  9. Curry leaves - 1 tbsp
  10. Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
  11. coriander powder - 2 1/2 tbsp
  12. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  14. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  15. water - 1 1/2 cup
  16. salt - to taste
  17. Oil - 3 tbsp

Preparation
  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add chopped onions.
  2. saute this till it become translucent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, ginger - garlic paste, potato,  split green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves.
  4. Saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add all spice powders, salt and saute till the raw smell is gone.
  6. Finally, add water and close the lid of pressure cooker.
  7. Pressure cook till the beef gets cooked.
  8. Serve hot with chapati, Naan or Paratha.
