Green Chutney / Coriander-Mint Chutney


Ingredients

  1. Coriander leaves - 1 cup
  2. Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger - small piece
  4. Green chillies - 2 (can adjust according to your spiciness level)
  5. Lemon juice  -  1 tbsp
  6. Sugar - 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt - to taste
Preparation

  1. Rinse Mint & Coriander in water and chop them.
  2. Grind all ingredients with little water or no water to a smooth chutney.
  3. It can be stored in refrigerator for 4-5 days.
  4. Serve with Samosas, Pakodas, Parathas, for chaat recipes.
