Green Chutney / Coriander-Mint Chutney
Ingredients
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
- Ginger - small piece
- Green chillies - 2 (can adjust according to your spiciness level)
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Rinse Mint & Coriander in water and chop them.
- Grind all ingredients with little water or no water to a smooth chutney.
- It can be stored in refrigerator for 4-5 days.
- Serve with Samosas, Pakodas, Parathas, for chaat recipes.
