Chicken Jalfrezi


Ingredients

  1. Boneless Chicken - 1/2 kg
  2. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  4. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli sauce - 2 tsp
  6. Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
  7. Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Onions - 2 nos ( cut into squares)
  10. Tomato - 3 nos
  11. Capsicum - 1 no 
  12. Coriander leaves - 1 cup (finely chopped)
  13. Green chilli - 4 nos
  14. Oil - 1/2 cup
Preparation

  1. Marinate chicken pieces with ingredients from 2 to 8 for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped tomatoes.
  3. Once the tomatoes become soft, add marinated chicken pieces.
  4. Cook on low to medium flame for 10 minutes.
  5. Add chopped onions, capsicum, green chillies and mix well.
  6. Cook on the medium flame for another 5 minutes.
  7. Add chopped coriander leaves and toss well for 1 minute.
  8. Serve hot with tandoor roti or Naan.
