Prawn Tikka



Ingredients
  1. Prawns - 250 g (cleaned and deveined)
  2. Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  3. Tandoor masala powder - 1tsp
  4. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Yoghurt - 2 tbsp 
  7. Lime juice - 1 tsp
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Butter - for spraying before grilling
Preparation
  1. Add turmeric powder, salt, lime juice to cleaned prawns. Keep this aside for 15 minutes.

  2. Mix yoghurt with ginger-garlic paste, tandoor masala, red chilli powder and marinate the prawns with this masala for 2 hours.
  3. Screw the prawns in skewer, brush with butter and grill in the oven for 7 minutes on both sides.
  4. Serve hot with rice or Appam.
