Beef Cutlet


Ingredients 
  1. Beef                            - 1/2 kg
  2. Onion                          - 2 big
  3. Chopped ginger          - 1 tbsp
  4. Chopped green chili   - 2-3 nos
  5. Potato                          - 2 boiled & mashed
  6. Pepper powder            - 1 teaspoon
  7. Red chili powder        - 1 tsp
  8. Garam Masala             - 1 teaspoon
  9. Bread crumbs              - 1 cup
  10. Egg white                    - 2 nos
  11. Curry leaves                - few
  12. Salt                              - to taste
  13. Oil                               -for frying
Preparation
  1. Cook beef with salt, red chili powder, pepper powder(half tsp).Mince beef using a mixer.
  2. Saute chopped onion till soft and translucent.
  3. Add chopped ginger, green chilies, and curry leaves. 
  4. Add salt, pepper powder & garam masala and saute for 1 minute.
  5. Add minced beef and mix well. Stir for 5 minutes & remove from gas.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool.Once it is cooled, add mashed potatoes & mix well.
  7. Make small balls with the mixture & roll into desired shapes.
  8. Beat the egg white. Dip each cutlet in egg white & roll with bread crumbs. 
  9. Deep fry in Oil till it becomes crispy on both sides.
  10. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
