Egg Bajji / Egg Pakora



Ingredients

  1. Egg - 5 nos
  2. Besan / Gram flour - 2 cup
  3. Hing - 1/4 Tsp
  4. Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  5. Cumin powder - 1/4 Tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil - For frying
Preparation


  1. Boil the eggs and cut into two pieces. We can cut into four pieces also.
  2. Mix besan, hing, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt in a bowl.
  3. Add water required to make a semi- thick batter.
  4. Heat oil in a Kadai and dip each egg piece in the batter to evenly coat over the eggs. 
  5. Gently place in hot oil and fry until golden yellow.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup over a cup of tea.
