Egg Bajji / Egg Pakora
Ingredients
- Egg - 5 nos
- Besan / Gram flour - 2 cup
- Hing - 1/4 Tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - For frying
- Boil the eggs and cut into two pieces. We can cut into four pieces also.
- Mix besan, hing, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt in a bowl.
- Add water required to make a semi- thick batter.
- Heat oil in a Kadai and dip each egg piece in the batter to evenly coat over the eggs.
- Gently place in hot oil and fry until golden yellow.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup over a cup of tea.
