Pal Payasam || Rice Kheer || പാൽപ്പായസം
Ingredients
- Milk - 1 litre(4 cups)
- Rice(Basmati) - 1/4 cup(2 Tbsp)
- Sugar - 1/2 cup (6 Tbsp)
Preparation
- Rinse rice thoroughly in running water for 3 times.
- Add all ingredients to cooker and pressure cook for 1whistle.
- After 1 whistle, lower the flame.
- Cook for 30 minutes and switch off the flame.
- When the steam is completely gone, open the lid.
- Our pal payasam is ready.
- Garnish with dry fruits.
