Pal Payasam || Rice Kheer || പാൽപ്പായസം



Ingredients
  1. Milk - 1 litre(4 cups)
  2. Rice(Basmati) - 1/4 cup(2 Tbsp)
  3. Sugar - 1/2 cup (6 Tbsp)
Preparation
  1. Rinse rice thoroughly in running water for 3 times.
  2. Add all ingredients to cooker and pressure cook for 1whistle.
  3. After 1 whistle, lower the flame.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes and switch off the flame.
  5. When the steam is completely gone, open the lid.
  6. Our pal payasam is ready.
  7. Garnish with dry fruits.
