Chocolate Cup Cakes
Ingredients
- Cake flour - 1 cup(replace two spoon maida with cornflour)
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- butter milk - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
- sugar - 1 cup
- oil - 1/2 cup
- brewed coffee - 1/2 cup (1/2 tsp coffee powder mixed with hot water)
- egg - 1
- vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Preparation
- Sieve the cake flour,salt,baking soda,baking powder and the cocoa powder together.
- Add sugar to the sieved flour.
- Beat egg lightly,add to the egg the oil,buttermilk,brewed coffee and the vanilla essence.
- Pour the batter into a greased and lined tin.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 30 to 40 min.
