Chocolate Cup Cakes


Ingredients
  1. Cake flour         - 1 cup(replace two spoon maida with cornflour)
  2. salt                     -  1/2 tsp
  3. baking soda       -  1/2 tsp
  4. butter milk         -  2 tsp
  5. baking powder  -  1  tsp
  6. cocoa powder    -  1/2 cup
  7. sugar                  -  1 cup
  8. oil                      -  1/2 cup
  9. brewed coffee    -  1/2 cup (1/2  tsp coffee powder mixed with hot water)
  10. egg                     -  1
  11. vanilla essence   -  1 tsp
Preparation

  1. Sieve the cake flour,salt,baking soda,baking powder and the cocoa powder together.
  2. Add sugar to the sieved flour.
  3. Beat egg lightly,add to the egg the oil,buttermilk,brewed coffee and the vanilla essence.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased and lined tin.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 30 to 40 min.
