Lemongrass Pudding


Ingredients
  1.  Milk                     -  1 litre
  2. Lemongrass         -   2 strands
  3. China grass           -   8 g
  4. Water                     -   1/2 cup
  5. Condensed milk    -   1 tin
  6. Sugar                     -   4 tbsp
Preparation

  1. Boil milk and condensed milk with lemon strands in a thick bottomed pan.
  2. Add sugar and slow down the flame.
  3. Soak china grass in 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes and heat until it dissolves completely.
  4. Add china grass mixture into the hot condensed milk through a strainer and mix well.
  5. Reduce the quantity until the mixture thickens.
  6. Pour this mixture into a pudding tray and refrigerate.
