Idli Manchurian

We are very familiar with Idli, one of the famous breakfast item from South India. Nowadays, Idli is famous not only in South India but is common all over India. But the recipe I shared here is very rare. A normal south Indian item in Chinese style. Actually I saw this in a normal restaurant menu in Andheri and tried it. It was not that good in taste and appearance but I got the idea to have a try. Thus I made it. For preparing, it is better to have mini idli mould. If you don't have mini idli mould, you can cut the normal size idlis into small pieces and make it. If I am not wrong, most of the kids do not like idli but believe me, your kids will love this, especially if you make this colourful with different coloured capsicum.
